Can anyone tell me how I can contact a support person via online chat so I
can ask a question? Or can someone tell me how to get "Notify" to work on
outside emails. We only get notified in someone in our Novell Group opens
email.

Is there somewhere in the Novell Groupwise Home Page (that I can't find)
that will let me type out a question, besides here?

You could open an e-Incident if you're referring to on-line support.
That's about as close to a chat session as you can get to start with.

http://support.novell.com/forums/2gw.html gives a list of the GroupWise
support forums. Post your message there, and you'll get a fairly quick
reply, I suspect. : )
