Yep...guess the price of our traditional Thanksgiving dinners just went up.
First beef (because of corn prices), now poultry. Makes me miss my old
meat rabbits...

As opposed to the ones made from vegetable matter? ;-)

More along the lines of the "cute" little ones that are actually quite
nasty to little kids and only dress out at about 1/2 a pound. I prefer my
rabbits with some meat...at say 4-6lbs. dressed out. :)

I'm known as a "Thumper-killer" by my family.

I see - I had thought that was the case, but it's in my nature to look at
things like "organic free range beef" and think "what's the inorganic
free range beef like?".

I had rabbit stew for the first time in memory last weekend. It was
excelent.
I went here:

&Restaurant=Speights_Ale_House

Darn it, the reviews are pretty bad. I had a great meal, they must have
fixed something!

I want more rabbit stew, I think it is one of my favorite foods now.

Have you ever had "bunny burgers"? That's yummy too, especially if it's
done with really great BBQ sauce.

Had that one yesterday while walking through Smith's grocery store
looking for precooked chicken. At one point, I turned to my wife and
asked "what's the opposite of 'premium'?".
