"The court could not find a law that makes me liable or makes my
revenues taxable," Cryer said. "The Supreme Court has ruled that the
government cannot impose an income tax on anything but the profits and
gains. When you work for someone you give your service and labor in
exchange for money, so everything you make is not profit or gain. You
put something into it."

Thats good stuff!

It's not gonna hold up...

Even if it does, the Congress will find a way to fix it in about 24 hours'
time.

Yeah..to be clear, he is not saying that there is no law requiring him to
PAY income taxes ( like here
http://docs.law.gwu.edu/facweb/jsiegel/Personal/taxes/JustNoLaw.htm )

and it sounds like he has "refused to file" not "refused to pay".

He probably has a decades worth of refunds coming to him! :)

That law is only legit if you are under the assumption that the 16th
amendment was properly ratified. It wasn't. ;)

Yeah there's some very interesting videos on google... just type "income
tax". Definitely raises and eyebrow, but I'll keep filing and enjoy my
freedom.
