We are running GroupWise 7 and Client 7 in Caching Mode. When the user
creates a document (Word Document) and saves it in GroupWise everything
seems to be fine. When the user tries to open the document (from
GroupWise) it does not open. They get the following error message:

Waiting for online system to process requests
GroupWise had an error processing the response to a request
Record not found. Contact your system administrator

Help. What does this mean? What can be done?
