We're just getting started with a test DMS system with two libraries, one at
main office server 1 (MTA &PO) - the other at a remote site server 2 (PO).

I've created 2 separate libraries and 2 storage areas, 1 assigned to the
local PO and the 2 to the remote site assigned to its PO. Using Groupwise
client/server client at office 1, when I try to add a document to the
library at site 2 I get the error: "8209: Cannot find file.

Probably missed something obvious in the setup, can anyone point me in the
right direction.
