Moving document storage area to PO

We are in process of implementing GWAVA Reload.

We were told that if we want to include our DMS (Document management system), storage area has to be under PO.

So we did that (we had have it outside PO).

But, documents will move to the new storage area, only when they are opened.

Is there any automatic way (mass operation) to open all the documents in one library? (we have more then 6000 documents?)

    Thanks.

    Tomislav

Only by a mass check out / check in

    Cheers Dave

are there any know issues, problems, or risks associated with a mass check
    out / check in

or even tools to make it easy :-)

we face the same issues..... dbcopy didn't support DMS at all, and now only
for storage at the PO, and no word on future functionality........

and as clustering GW POA only really supports DMS storage at the PO maybe,
just maybe, it is ok to move the docs there....although I still prefer them
in storage areas as I can have sensible folder names :-)

    thanks
    Simon

Well, Docrevue can do it <g>. There shouldn't be any problems with the
    process that I've heard of

    Cheers Dave
