A user is receiving the following error message when trying to open an
Excel document that was previously saved properly in the library:

'filename.xls' cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you may be
trying to access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is
stored on may not be responding.

I have reset the document, and continue to get the same message, but the
filename it shows increments to a new version. I've seen this in the past,
but have had to restore previous saved versions of the document. However,
this is not an option at this time, as we cannot find the correct version
of the backup file...got missed somehow.

Is there a fix/solution/workaround/explanation for this error?
