I am new to the GroupWise DMS so please forgive me my silly question.

I have problem setting up official version of a document. This document is placed in a folder that is shared (read only). In that folder I've got few documents. Recently there was a new version issued for one of the docs. I marked the new documents as official version and I want it to be the only version available.
Problem is that users are still able to access the old version and to open the new version they have to display the version list and from there open the official version.

How can I disable the old version so only new version is available when user double click on the document reference in that folder?
