My company (DSB-Bank - Netherlands) is using your GroupWise 6.5
application. We are wondering if it is possible to (re-)assign/modify and
delete tasks to/from a GroupWise user if Iím not using the GroupWise

Our problem:

We have a (HP)Servicedesk application. If a servicecall is assigned to a
person the servicedesk-application send automatically an e-mail to that
person. We want to change the standard mail into a GroupWise task. So it
will appear in the person her/his calendar. Can this be realized by
sending a specific mailformat (like in Outlook)

Where can I find the documentation and what programs do I need if it
can't be done by sending a mail?
