The email for one of my users works for a while and then stops connecting to groupwise... here is the poa logfile entry for one of the failed connections in groupwise...

I can't tell what the problem is. Is it a setting? This is the only user I have this problem with. I have tried reinstalling the client, deleting and re-creating his user on the GMS, and resetting his phone. None have worked. I would really appreciate any assistance I can get! Thanks!!
