Changing the GroupWise password causes several problems. I have to start from scratch when a password is changed. I've read informative documentation that states we should change the password on the device before synching after a change. I try changing the password in the intellisync software on the pocket pc and it doesn't allow me to.

Also, documents say we can change the password by logging into the GMS account and selecting the General User Information link. When I go to the link, I don't get the options to change passwords.
