I thought maintenance meant upgrade protection plus support calls. I'm on
the phone trying to open an incident for GroupWise Mobile Server and they

"Maintenance means you get the patches and updates of the product for the
time frame. Upgrade Protection means you get the next version of the
product if it is released in the time frame."

Now that doesn't make any sense to me, since updates and patches are always
available for any product--with or without maintenance/UP. Perhaps in this
specific case GroupWise Mobile Server is considered an "update" or
something. In fact, the people on the phone say that maintenance does not
get me the next version of GW . . .
