I am trying to sync a Palm Treo 650 to Outlook 2003 (with OL Connector
for GW) using the USB cable (and of course using the Palm Outlook
conduits). The (Dell) laptop has Windows XP Pro, a full install of
GW7.01 and a full install of Office2003 with Outlook and is fully patched.
First of all, I don't have time yet to set up the GW Mobile server so
this is not an option.
I have updated the firmware in the Treo 650 to the latest (1.20-ENA).
I have also tried updating the Palm Desktop to the lastest version
(4.14e) Whenever I try to sync, the Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes
give the following error:
OLERR:0C-000F (0x0) (and then it says something about syncing offline)

Has anybody successfully synced a Treo 650 with OL 2003? As mentioned,
the computer is a Dell laptop with Windows XP and Office 2003 on it. I
have noticed that the "mapi32.dll" file in the "system32" folder can vary
in terms of date depending on whether the GW7.01/OL2003 combination is on
WinXP or Win2000.
I have successfully synced a Palm Tungsten E (with a USB cable) to
Outlook 2003 (with OL Connector for GW) on a Windows 2000 box.
Any hints would be appreciated!
