have one customer with GMS and see this problem:

GMS user gets an appointment from an GroupWise user, but this appointment is
not accepted and GMS will not sync this appointments to the mobile device.
I need an idea how to sync this not accepted appointments to the mobile
device marked as not accepted and allow the mobile user to accept or decline
this appointments.
The mobile user is one or two weeks out of the office so he cant use the
GroupWise client to accept or decline his appointments. Also webaccess is
not an option.

Any ideas how to sync this appointments to a mobiles device?
