At one of the sites were we've set up GMS, the network administrator is experiencing problems with synchronization. When she does a wireless sync of her PDA, it only appears to update e-mail regularly. If she adds an item to her PDA in the calendar or address book, then does a synchronization, it doesn't then appear in GroupWise like she would expect it to. Also, if she creates an appointment or a contact in GroupWise, it's still not viewable in her GMS Web PIM hours later. We've checked to ensure that all the proper ports are accessible, and there's not a firewall between the two servers. After days of trying to figure out what could be causing these problems, we're currently at a loss. Please let us know if you have any ideas of what we should check. Thanks!
