I have installed Intellisync Mobile Suite on a Windows 2003 Server R2
and have a connection to an external SQL 2005 database. However, when
I open the Admin Console, I get the following error: "Intellisync
Mobile Suite was able to connect to the database, but couldn't find the
necessary tables or required information in the tables. Check to make
sure the system is properly configured. You must restart the console
when the problem is corrected to reconnect to the database." What am I
missing as far as the database setup? Were tables suppose to be
created by the installer after specifying the database connection?
