I'm having a problem where most of the devices (Motorola Qs) set up to
push email lose their push connection with our GroupWise Mobile server.
The connection doesn't re-establish itself like it should by pinging the
IP address of the phone. I think this is where the problem lies. With
Verizon, the IP address changes (as frequently as everytime a data
connection is lost and remade). I have the option to purchase IP addresses
from Verizon but I'd prefer not to. So I have a couple of questions:
Is it possible to initiate the push connection from the Intellisync
Is there any way to have the software notify the user that the push
connection has been lost?
