I know this is trivial, but it is a real issue.

We are trying out the mobile server and we're running on the new Palm Treo 700 with Windows CE running the outlook client. We are running the GWMS 1 as well.
Anyhow our company policy requires people to send out REMINDER NOTES that cover PTO or out of office, leaving early, etc.

These show up on the calendar view in the HOME PAGE and on the Calendar as all day events and display over the users actual appointments on the AGENDA page, then it get's worse as you move into DAY, WEEK, and so on. We can't figure out how to one, reverse the order or two, not have the notes sync up. Since we are new to this area we suspect it is something simple we're missing, can someone guide us in the right direction? Thank You.
