We moved a functional Mobile Server user to another POA on our system, while it allows authentication with no problem the WEB PIM was not being updated. We removed the user, reset the phone, and now the user has an empty mailbox, pushes from the device do not get to the groupwise mailbox either.

Web PIM is empty and email sent from the mobile device not sent. We can see the user authenticated through soap on the new POST OFFICE.....but now mail is synchronized back to the WEB PIM or mobile device.
