My mobile users using Intellisync can no longer authenticate.

System Info:
------------
We are running NetWare Small Business Server 2.6, so the POA and MTA are
both running on the same server. The GroupWise system is 7 with SP 2 on both
the MTA and the POA

The Intellisync pakage is Novell Mobile Server 2 w/service Pack 1

What Changed:
-------------
We had previously installed Novell Identity Manager 3 to synchronize
passwords. The trial period was just about over, so we purchased licenses,
but the licenses were for the newer 3.5. Updating to 3.5 required that we
updated NMAS. I suspect this is the culprit, as nothing else changed.(to my
knowledge, and I'm the only one that works on the server).

Symptoms:
---------

I did the update on Friday, and users had no problems at that time. However,
over the weekend, users are no longer able to synchronize. From their
devices, they're prompted to put in their password, as if the cached
password had changed. Reentering their password just causes them to get a
prompt for the password again. If they attempt to log in to our GMS web
site, they are not able to authenticate, getting an error message at the top
"authentication for XXXXXXXX failed"

I cleared the log, and posted what looks like the relevant log entries
below:

What I've Tried:
----------------

I first attempted to follow the Novell document "How to setup GroupWise
Mobile Server 2 with SSL" (3955914). That didn't work, as the instruction
told me to run "keytool -genkey -alias ...." , but the keytool.exe does not
exist on my system where the instructions said it would.

Thinking it may be that I needed a new installation, I then updated GWM from
2.0 to 2.0 w/service pack 1. The file (keytool.exe ) still doesn't exist,
and the problem remains after restarting the server.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
