Every few weeks we are having a problem where suddenly our mobile users
are not able to sync (either push or ready sync) with GMS. We are using
the SG and when this happens I can not access the GW mobile website from
the internet either. "The connection has timed out" Internally the
website works fine, even from the gwmobilesg server to the GMS server
communications are fine. It seems that something is going on with the
Firewall because if our network guy reboots it then things seem to start
working. He of course says its my server. Are there any http(s) timeout
settings or something that we should look at on our firewall? It is a
Juniper Netscreen.
