When someone sends you an IM I noticed that the windows that emerges
from
the taskbar disappears very quickly (10 Seconds) and if you do get the

chance to click on it, the main Messenger screen does not come to thefore-front, even if you have "Always on top" selected.

We are just using it among the IT dept at the moment and many, if not
most,
times it is very easy for people to miss that fact that they have been
sent
a message. The GW ICON in the taskbar should flash if there is a
message
waiting instead of, or in addition to, the GW messenger program
itself
opening.

Microsoft's IM actually handles this very well. You should follow what
they
have done in regards to this situation.
