I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem we are
having. I
have a user that tries to setup a alarm to notify him a day or two inadvance about a appointment. We he sets it up, it doesn't notify him
the day off. This what we have done so far:

User was using Groupwise 5.5 - updated the client to Groupwise 6 with
same problem.

Tried to install Sp4 for Groupwise, this messed up the printing. So we
that off.

If you need any more information please let me know!!!

If this isn't the place to post this kind of questions, please tell me
