I have a user that uses his home laptop at work. He keeps bugging me
about getting this message "the server is not responding" appears and locks
up all programs and he must reboot. His computer is a Crapaq pa-sorry-o
and it's running Windows XP Home with SP1 and Novell Client 4.9 and Zen
4.01. Another thing every time I tired to import our contact list it lock up
as well. I had him restore everything from his recovery cd and started
freash and it still doesn't act right. Any ideas.
