We've upgraded our back end to GW 6.5 SP1 and will be soon rolling out

the GW 6.5 client. However, I'm encountering some resistance from my

boss on rolling out Messenger with the client. I would agree that an
solution like AIM or Yahoo Messenger is not appropriate for our
environment, but an internal solution like GroupWise Messenger would
beneficial to the company.

Does anyone have links or references that outline the benefits of
corporate IM? I would like to integrate any such data into my
justification for providing this technology to our employees.
