Unable to Access client via web browser

I have two locations that we can't access the client via the web browser.
    Both use to work.
One it worked until the server was restarted.
If I go to the :8300 it seems to get re-directed to :80
    Any idea?

have you verified that it is loaded & running from the console, that perhaps the .ncf wasnt commented out of the autoexec.ncf? Are the console windows open?

    Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let you know there is a site that may be of some use. A lot of people who work with Novell products, and are VERY good with implementations and troubleshooting, frequent the site. You can find it at:
