We use the "nim:startIm?username=username" on our intranet to add another
quick way for people to contact the individual users in the Helpdesk
area. The problem is that I would rather have it go to the entire Group
and be able to display the Status of the dept. In other words, I would
like to have a group of 3 or 4 tech's in this Helpdesk IM contact that
would take into account their cumulative statuses returning a "Online" if
any of them are "online." Is this at all possible? Is there anyway to
start a IM to multiple people using the "nim:startIM?username=" context?
