Please can you help? Since February 05 we have not been able to email hotmail accounts through Grouprise, nothing has changed or been installed as far I am aware.

Our email reports just say 'transferred delayed'? We do not get a notification failure only a sad face a few days later.

I have asked several computer companies if they can help but no one seems to have an explanation.

We email several hotmail accounts a day and it is now causing a massive problem.
