The GWIM is mainly used by the Administrators in my district I hardly
ever use it, therefore, it not working really never caught my attention.
I have been told that the Messenger has not been working, which is true,
when I attempt to login all I receive (after GWIM tries to connect) is:

"The server is not responding"

We have been having issues with our PO agent, could this be related to
the GWIM issue? When I get the POA working fine the Messenger still
never connects and gives the same error message.
