Experiencing problems with some users online status "Appear Offline" but
appears online to others.

However, to others, the user is online.
A message is sent to user successfully, however, user who 'Appears Offline'
cannot respond to message due to GroupWise Messenger error notification:

You cannot begin a conversation while your status is 'Appear Offline'.

This prompts the user to change her settings daily, to Online Status.

Any suggestions.
