You need to contact your local sales office. If you have purchased upgrade
protection the downloads would be in your customer care portal not on the
download.novell.com site. There you are only going to find the evals. If
you do have upgrade protection and is still not seeing the option in your
customer care portal, your local sales rep will be able to fix that
