SCO Group (SCOX) is down 72% to about 44 cents per share as of 10:20AM EDT.
Friday's close was at $1.56.

Novell (NOVL) is up about 5% to $6.74. It closed Friday at $6.42/share.

So now the question is, can SCO Group afford to appeal?

And why on earth would the attorneys who represented them in the UNIX
purchase from Novell, allow them to sign such a limited purchase agreement?
