I have seen a reference to this in the past couple of weeks but can't seem
to find it again. When sharing an NSS volume via the smb.conf file using
the format specified in the OES documentation for share options, if what is
shared is the root of the volume it gives all users full access to the
volume and ignores trustee assigned rights. If what is shared is a
subdirectory of the volume, then the trustee rights are honored and the
user is limited to viewing and interacting with the folders they were given
privileges to. Is there a workaround to sharing out the root of the NSS
volume so that the user can only see the subdirectories that they should be
