We are running version 4.91 of Client32 in a NW 5.x/6.x environment with
GroupWise 6.5.

We recently discovered that users no longer had the option to skip GW
verification if they were logged in to NW. Checking the TIDs, we
discovered that renaming NWSSO.DLL resolved the problem. We rolled the
change out to all workstations via ZEN.

Since then, a few users per day are being denied access at LOGIN. No
matter how many times they try, they can't get in but they are not locked
out either. A reboot of the workstation resolves the problem.

I thought it might be related to password expiration, but apparently it is not.

Help Desk is getting tired of the calls. Does anyone have any ideas?
