HP Proliant Server ML350
2GB RAM
SATA RAID
Netware 6.5SP4a
Arcserve 11.1 with Disaster Recovery Option

Each night this server starting at midnight the CPU utilization will
jump to over 85% and stay there for 1.5 - 2hours before the server will
hang. I don't know what's scheduled to run at midnight. I've got
Arcserve scheduled to backup at 10pm. I've watched the CPU utilization
spike when Disaster Recovery would load NNAgent.nlm to backup the DOS
partition. I've contacted CA Support, they supplied me with new
NNAgent.nlm, but that didn't correct the problem. I've then disabled
the Disaster Recovery option in Arcserve.

Last night I was watching the CPU utilization, once again it jumped up
to over 85% and stayed their. I saw that AIOCOMX.NLM was accounted for
6-70% of that. So I uninstalled the NLM and commented out ASTART (APC)
from loading.
