We updated our groupwise server to sp5 a few days ago but now we're seeing a
very high cpu load every few minutes.
After a bit of investigating it appears that multiple server.nlm threads
occasionally have a high cpu load (peaking 30%-50%) while they are 'waiting
for work'

Also we noticed the server *really* flips when you query it with SNMP for
statistics, in such a way that it actually puts everything else its doing on
hold (even groupwise).
We're using Cacti to monitor our server performance but since sp5 was
installed the graphs for this server is full of gaps where the server just
does not respond in time.
This was working normally while running sp3 and our other servers running
sp3 and sp4 also have no problems with it.
We're querying file system activity, file ssytem cache, number of logged in
users, number of open files, volume free/used space, cpu load and interface

I'm getting the feeling that this is related somehow to ACPIDRV.PSM, sp3 and
4 have Version 1.05.02 (Build 1) (with different dates somehow) whilst sp5
has Version 1.05.07 (Build 1).
This is our only sp5 server right now.

Is it safe to just copy this 1 psm from the backup folder ?
If anyone has other suggestions of what to look at or try, please post it.
