Configuration: 2 NW 6.5 SP5 server, clustered with an attached SAN storage.
Had problem with memory (out of available memory message on 1 server last
monday) Used updated server.exe and post SP5 nss modules. Memory was still
going down and down below 100 MB and server stopped working. After restart
abend with "NSS free tree (3) is corrupt". Did pool rebuild on our Data
pools (not SYS pool!), works fine.
Restart servers. First (primary server) starts with an abend (see text
below). After new restart the same. Start with "S to suspend the running
process" brings up the server. Now it is hanging with high processor
Second (secondary) server starts fine, of cause now there are problems with
time syncronisation.
Changed nothing on both servers since last year, only the server.exe and
nss patch after the first problems last week!
How can I get this server with timesync running. Is it possible, the
timesync.nlm file is damaged? I cant find anything in Novell knowledge
base TIDs.
