I replied in another tread that I was having a similar issue. I was not
around for a few days. Since the other thread belonged to another user,
I started my own. I think it was different enough.
Here is the messages that I caught:

Symantec does not have an answer (a case opened with them). I have not
been able to find a fix to stop the problem. The server can not do a
scheduled virus scan on the weekend. The server will usually lose
"Total cache buffers", mine is currently down to 237,814 in a short
amount of time (less than a week).

The server is a NetWare 6.5.6 with GroupWise 7.0.1, GWAVA 3.7, Symantec
AV and Backup Exec 9.1. There is 6 GB of memory in the
