I did a bit of searching and would just like some confirmation about what
seems to be a SUSE vs Redhat difference.

If you do an "rpm -qa | grep glibc" you get a glibc-common rpm on Redhat
and not on SUSE.

glibc-common seems to contains a lot of language related stuff.

If I read the "requires" info for a SUSE glibc it doesn't list glibc-
common so I gather the language realted stuff is either "built-in", in
different (not so obvious) package or in different package with no
