attempting to install OES on a brand spanking new server.
skipped the initial config during the install, then setup NTP to talk
to the NTP server which also happens to be our master replica.
eDir goes fine up until the very end (I think), then I get the
following error (taken from ndsd.log)

> Jun 21 15:26:05 Entering NPKIGetHostServerDN...
> Jun 21 15:26:05 Exiting NPKIGetHostServerDN...

eDir then fails with an error saying "eDir can't bind to the LDAP
server" and says something about LDAP (389) is listening, but TLS (636)
is NOT listening. funny thing is, the objects are still created in the
tree....

any ideas as to what the issue might be?

Thanks!
