I ran into this same problem while installing our first OES Linux server
in our tree. The first time we installed it, we messed up a couple of
selections and we blew it away and started the install from scratch.

Problem is: The server & related objects are already in the tree, so when
you try to re-install you need to use ndsmgr to delete the server from the
tree or use ConsoleOne to do that along with deleting all the other server
related objects such as LDAP Server object, LDAP Group object, DNS Cert,
IP Cert, etc.

Remove all of these objects and then use YAST via the Network Services
selection to Re-install eDirectory.

Hope this helps.
