New Linux admin and have question about the disk partition.

I have a test OES Linux SP2 server which has a 40GB IDE disk. Picked the
default when installing OES. Want to configure NSS on Linux os ran nssmu
and device showed HDA of capacity 37GB.

Partition shows hda1 of 1008MB, hda2 of 14.87GB and hda3 of 21.40GB. I
believe the hda1 is the swap file. However, did a df and result was:

Filesystem.................Mounted on
/dev/hda3 ................/
tmpfs....................../dev/shm
admin....................../_admin

I am not sure how I got hda2 and I am wondering if I can delete hda2 to
free up the space for NSS.

Any help would be appreicated.
