I'm going to replace a NetWare 6.5 SP3 server with a new blade running OES
Linux SP2.
What is the best way to do this?

I would like that the new server has the same name and IP as the old server
but I'm not sure how I would go about renaming a OES Linux server?

The old server is running basic file services i.e. NCP and NetStorage. My
plan is:

1) Install the new server into the tree under a temporary name.
2) Install NSS and configure a pool/volume etc. on a SAN.
3) Using the SCMT utility copy all the data from the old server to the new.
4) Rename the old NW server to something new, change the IP etc.
5) Rename the new server to the old servername, change the IP etc. Not sure
how I would do this.
6) Configure the new server to be the SLP DA in the network.
7) Remove the old server gracefully from the tree after a period when I see
that everything works.

Does the Linux file systems support user quotas through NCP or do I need
