A groupwise 6 sp3 user lost her desktop toolbox. Someone made something reappear for her. She logged out, logged back in. Ever since, Groupwise tries to start, gets the error:
Cannot find your Remote Mailbox folder 'long-file-spec-here'. Do you want Groupwise to create the folder?

This user shouldn't have a remote mailbox. We don't do remote. I've disabled remote capability for the user. I've uninstalled, reinstalled Groupwise. I even deleted the groupwise account, created a new one. It still gets this error How do I persuade it this user doesn't want a remote mailbox?
