I have APC's network shutdown agent installed on my NW6.5 servers. Although
the servers are APCI-compliant, when the UPS instructs them to shutdown,
they drop to DOS rather than powering off.

It looks like the APC agent runs a file in its install folder called
shutdown.ncf. This simply loads an APC nlm called shutdown.nlm

Does anyone know if there's any reason why I shouldn't replace 'load
shutdown.nlm' with 'down -f' in the shutdown.ncf file?
