NDS volume as FTP home directory problem

    Our enviroment:

Windows 2003 server with FTP service with home directory on Novell
Novell 6.5 OES support pack 4a.

FTP users have full access on Novell volume to their own dirs ONLY,
so a user can access nothing except its own directory!

    For example:
Home directory for FTP server: \\NovelServer\Volume
    Users home directories:

The problem occures when the particular user tries to login to FTP.
He gets the following error: " Home directory is inaccessable "

If the user has read rights to FTP server home directory it can login
    to FTP successfully.
But it can access to other users home directories. It is not suitable
    for me.

I have no such problem on NW6SP5 server.
Novell and Windows FTP is the only suitable scheme for me.
