How to tell which app is using a port

Backup Exec is failing to load with the message: "Unable to initialize
communication interface. Another application is currently using NDMP Port
10000...." How do I tell which application is grabbing port 10000 (even
better, how do I tell which ports are being used by which processes)?

    Thanks in advance.

Try TCPCON. Go to protocol information | TCP (or UDP if you use that).
