I have a user account that is an unknown object with a yellow question mark.
I followed TID 10067667 but unfortunately doesn't help. It talks about using
dsdiag but that is not supported. I'm using iMonitor but cant find a way to
fix. I really need to repair this user.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
