We have a pair of DL 380 servers in a cluster, attached to HP's RAID box
via SCSI. There is one array divided into two virtual drives. I'm not sure
how this happened, but one of them is RAID 5 and the other is ADG. After
reading up a little on this, I'm not convinced we want ADG. Moreover, I
have replaced all the 36 GB with 146 GB drives. This weekend I will expand
the RAID, use Server Magic to expand the partitions, and then add the new
capacity to my pools and volumes.

What is the current wisdom concerning ADG vs RAID 5? It is clearly possible
to convert this ADG virtual drive to RAID 5 with cpqonlin.nlm. Will I
damage anything if I do so?
