Have Netware 6.5 server with sp5 on it. Installed WebAccess 7 on it.
Got a 503 error. Run it through the WebAccess forum. Jim Michael- NSC
SysOps volunteer had determined that it was a Tomcat issue in regards to
LDAP on NetWare. He suggested that I would get better help over in the
NetWare forum. When I try to load my GroupWise WebAccess, the URL comes
up fine, but when I hit the GO button that it gives me a 503 Service
Unavailable error.

Here the history:

The problem is clearly that Tomcat can't talk to your local LDAP server,
so either NLDAP isn't loaded, or the certificates are botched. Did you
run tckeygen.ncf like the error suggests? That will cause Tomcat to
re-import the server certs.

This means that your LDAP server appears to be rejection secure
connections, or it *could* mean that the LDAP server simply isn't
listening at all. To check this, see if nldap.nlm is loaded (modules
nldap at the console).

Assuming LDAP *is* actually running, then I would look at the LDAP
server object associated with this box in ConsoleOne, under SSS/TLS
config. Make sure "disable SSL port" is not checked.

> Yes, NLDAP is loaded. As for ConsoleOne, under the Other tab, it has
> LDAP Enable SSL. The value is set to True.

It sounds like you're missing some C1 snapins if you don't see the SSL
tab, but it does look like the attribute itself is set to true, so I
don't think that is your issue. Since this is now NOT a webaccess issue,
but a Tomcat one in regards to LDAP on NetWare, perhaps you'll get
better help over in the NetWare groups.

I am at a dead end. Any idea???
